$5,000+ Expenditures

Any club planning to spend $5,000 or more on a single event must receive the approval of the Financial Management Board. They can do so by completing the $5,000 Expenditure Request form linked below. The completed form should be emailed to fmb@nd.edu at least two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Any questions on this form can be directed to fmb@nd.edu or to the CCC Controller, who can be reached at ccc@nd.edu.

Clubs may also wish to reach out to the CCC Controller to discuss their event in greater detail, so the Controller can more effectively advocate for the event in the Financial Mangement Board's discussion of the club's $5,000 Expenditure Request.
