Winter Reallocations 2027

Winter Reallocations 2027

Winter Reallocation Budget Sheet

Winter Reallocation Applications will open on October 13th, 2026 and must be submitted by November 6th, 2026.

A small portion of CCC funding is distributed during the Winter Reallocations process each year. This pool of funding is open to clubs who applied for a Spring Allocation in March of 2026, and have a need for additional funding to cover new events (not on Spring Allocations application) for the 2026-2027 academic year or planned events (on Spring Allocations application) whose costs have changed substantially.

NOTE: If an event from the Spring Allocation application has not changed cost significantly, it will not be considered for Winter Reallocations

Steps for Winter Reallocation:

  1. Download and fill out the Winter Reallocation Budget Sheet (Note: do NOT do this in Google Sheets, budget sheets will ONLY be accepted in Excel).

  2. Submit the completed budget sheet to this google form no later than Friday, November 6th at 11:59 PM.

  3. Meet with your CCC Division when they schedule a meeting with your club.

FAQs

Where does CCC funding come from?

Every undergraduate student at Notre Dame pays a $95 activity fee every year as part of their tuition. The total pool of Student Activity Fees -- plus a portion of the proceeds of The Shirt and the interest accrued on the Student Union Endowment -- forms the yearly Student Union budget. Student Government uses 60% of this pool of funding, and the remaining 40% is appropriated to the CCC for club allocations. The CCC does not retain a single penny of this 40% for its own purposes, allocating the entirety to Notre Dame's 300+ undergraduate clubs.

Is my club eligible to apply for a Winter Reallocation?

In order to receive funding from the CCC, clubs must have fulfilled a number of requirements throughout the past academic year:

  • Clubs must have applied for a Spring Allocation in March of 2026.
  • Clubs must have fundraised 20% of their potential allocation amount throughout the year, and are not eligible to receive additional funding beyond this cap.
  • Clubs, with the exception of those in the Social Service Division, must have collected dues of $10 per person from at least 75% of the club's active members.
  • Clubs must have attended all Club Information Meetings (CIMs) and other mandatory CCC and SAO meetings.
  • Clubs must not be in debt; those that are currently in debt are completely barred from receiving an allocation from the CCC.

What happens if my club skips our Division Allocation Hearing?

All clubs that do not sign up for a Division Allocation Hearing, or miss this required hearing, will be completely disqualified from the Winter Reallocation process.
