Nominations for the following Club Awards for the 2012-2013 academic year will be accepted until MARCH 18, 2013 at 5:00 PM. If you are interested in nominating an outstanding club, program, advisor, or officer please download the appropriate form below and email the completed form to ccc@nd.edu by 5:00 PM on March 18, 2013.
