The 2017-2018 Winter Reallocation Form is now opened for clubs who are seeking to apply for additional funding from the Financial Management Board. Please note that this is optional, and the reallocation is only available for clubs who are requesting funding for (1) new events that were not budgeted in the 2017-2018 Spring Allocation or (2) additional/unexpected costs for events that were already budgeted for in the allocation.
The winter reallocation form must be sent by and with approval from your advisor before the end of the day on November 6th to your respective CCC Division's email found in the signature. Afterwards, you will receive an email from your CCC Division Representatives scheduling a meeting between November 7 - 19 in which two officers of the club must attend. Please note that winter reallocations are subjected to final approval from the Financial Management Board.
The 2018 Spring Allocation Form will be available after the Spring Budget Meetings.
